MAKE PHYSICAL ACTIVIY FUN!

Whatever you do and there are a multitude of activities to do and try out, have fun. If your exercise is a chore you are less likely to continue so… Take the opportunity to learn something new, like rollerblading or salsa dancing.

Set your self a goal so that even if the activity is hard work it is for a worthwhile goal.

Do something with a friend. You can motivate each other and catch up on the latest at the same time!
